What you will need to do


Gather information, measurements and details of your home

Brainstorm and list highlights about your home, location and neighborhood. Your agent will edit that information into an MLS friendly description.


Take or gather pictures.
(you may hire a photography service for this)


Fill out, state required, disclosure forms

(additional forms may be required depending on your property)

Gather information on any special taxes or assessments


Prepare and stage your home for showings



Your Afton Realty agent will:


Advise and assist with the above
Using your information, prepare and upload your listing into the MLS.
Prepare a “home specific” web site featuring your home.
Monitor your active listing.

On the market (active listing)


You will get full representation and we will protect your interest throughout the process of  showings, negotiations and the closing. 

Your agent will:
Take all calls and communications.
Maintain ongoing communications with interested parties and their agents.
Coordinate showings
Gather, forward and comment on feedback
Anticipate and prepare the way for reception of offers



Negotiation and offer preparation.

 


Your agent will:
Analyze the viability and quality of offers
Develop, with you, a negotiation strategy.
Develop and present Counter offers
Manage and monitor Contingencies
See it through to a solid purchase agreement

Escrow and closing


$1000 success fee. Paid at closing.
